00 / APPROACH

Not assistants. Extensions.

The cognitive extension thesis — in the Chalmers & Clark sense — is that the useful unit of analysis is not the human and not the machine, but the coupled system. We build the machine half of that system for the kind of enterprise where outputs have to be defensible. The point is not to replace judgement; the point is to make judgement faster, better-informed, and fully traceable.

Sectors are wide. The bar is narrow. Whether the work lives in legal, operations, research, customer, or risk, the shape is the same: the agent does real work inside your systems, and every step of that work can be shown to a reviewer. That is the product.

01 / POSTURE

How we hold the work.

Not a framework deck. Four commitments that shape every engagement.

Senior at the wheel

The people who scope the work are the people who build it. No account managers, no offshore delivery team between you and the system.

Yours, end to end

Deploy target is yours. Data path is yours. The trail is yours. We do not hold infrastructure the audit cannot see through.

Ship cadence

Four to eight weeks from kickoff to production. Not a pilot, not a slideware. A system in use, with the evidence record alongside it.

One bar

Every engagement, the same bar: outputs are defensible, work is reviewable, change is recoverable. Sectors vary; the bar does not.

02 / TEAM

Two founders. Senior at the wheel.

The people who scope the work are the people who build it.

Chief Executive — AI Operator
Niccolò Franzin

Niccolò leads the AI practice. A decade turning novel technology into systems people actually use. He spends his time with the domain experts on the other side — the ones whose work the system has to pass — translating what they do into specifications a grounded agent can execute and a reviewer can accept.

Chief Operating Officer — Engineer
Davide Gribaudo

Davide leads engineering and delivery. Background in production software, data infrastructure, and platform systems. He owns the other half of the audit bar: the trail. Every system we ship is instrumented, evaluated, and deployable into environments where evidence matters. If it does not pass review, it does not ship.

03 / WHAT WE DON'T DO

The shape of the business, by subtraction.

  • Strategy decks or AI-readiness assessments.
  • Proofs of concept that don't plan to reach production.
  • Marketing chatbots.
  • Custom model training where an off-the-shelf model plus good retrieval would do.
  • Consulting retainers without a shipping deliverable.
  • White-label work for other agencies.
